Hey BP,
I have been researching the pros and cons of a business partner and I think with my personality a partner would do more good than harm.
Where is a good place to find a real estate partner?
What kind of questions/topics should we ask each other to make sure that we would work well together?
I have done a couple of residential real estate deals in the past that were successful but I want to move into the apartment space now.
Thanks for all of your responses.

You need to find someone on relatively the same level as you if you want to have an even split. For example it doesn't make sense for a newbie with no money to team up with someone who is providing all the experience and the cash, there is no value for the experienced investor there.

@Alex Schumer why do you want a partner?
It is common to see new investors want to partner with each other. It gives them confidence having someone else to bounce ideas off of. The reality is this is a fallacy. It is a case of the blind leading the blind.
You should have a clear idea of why you want a partner and what that partner will bring to the partnership. In the best partnerships each partner brings something unique to the partnership.
