Driving for dollars...now what?
Hello BP community. I'm a newbie to Real Estate Investing. For the last month or so I've been driving for dollars all around my community ( Sacramento California). I have a business partner (realtor) and no deals quite yet but we've looked at many homes etc. Well we've decided to focus purely on OFF MARKET and look for distressed homes, vacant looking etc. I've left many letters in mailboxes and I'm coming up empty. How can I can get phone numbers to reach out to owner unoccupied homes. There is a duplex less then a mile from my home (HORRIBLE SHAPE) its boarded up of course no tenants. I left now two hand written letters at this location, in such bad shape there's only one mailbox. I just need some advice or guidance from successful OFF MARKET finds....your strategies anything that will help me and my partner get closer to our 1st deal. Thank you very everyone!!
