Good Morning!! 

          I hope all is well! I am Sheneka Merilien and I am newbie to RE Investing. My starting strategy is wholesaling so I would LOVE to connect with and build relationships buyers and other investors in the following markets: 

Tampa, FL. 

Lakeland FL. 

Memphis, TN.

I am super excited to jump start in real estate. For a very long time I have been afraid to actually take action due to the fear of failure. Nevertheless, I am ready to take immediate actions NOW! If you would like to connect or have any words of wisdom please feel free.
