Property Management Company
Hi, I am looking to start my own property management company in New York State. I am in the process of getting my real estate salesperson's license and have found a broker that will sponsor me. I am looking to have my own company and own entity that does the property management and just have the broker hold my license for me (which they have agreed to do). With having my own Property Management company and having my license held by a different brokerage am I fully set to begin and legally allowed to do all rental and management activities?
Once I am able to and have accrued enough points I plan to become a licensed broker.
