Fee for Bird Dogging Multifamily
I connected with a buyer who is looking to invest in multifamily ($5 - $10 Million Purchase Price) in a market I am more familiar with. I have never "bird dogged" before, but I am familiar with the concept. My question is, what would a typical fee be for a deal this size? I am going back to the buyer, & want to be prepared if he is in line with market value for these services.
