Just Filled Up Our First House-Hack!
Just had our newest tenants move in!! Makes this our first time having a separate property besides our primary residence that is completely rented out.

I am extremely passionate about the benefits of house-hacking since my wife and I have been able to take a place, fix it up and add value, offset our cost of living/housing expenses, learn how to be homeowners, learn how to be a landlord, learn how to analyze and purchase a real estate asset, AND most importantly - set someone else up with a cozy home that we poured our time, energy, and love into. It feels really good!
