Looking for input on a good all in one CRM lead tracking software

I am a newbie to the process of wholesaling, flipped a few houses years ago. Looking to get back in and hit it hard. I would like a fully functioning software that does most, if not all of the things we need. CRM, lead tracking, gives phone numbers, Facebook ad tracking, RVM, text messaging. I think you get the idea LOL . Something that can tell me where my money is going and bringing the most ROI. One I was looking at that I liked was ReSimpli, anyone using this?

thanks in advance

I haven't found anything that will manage all of those streams out of the box without being super clunky and having to custom build out integrations.  I'm building a CRM that will handle SMS, call, mail, email, but it won't be ready for public use for quite a while and I don't foresee adding built in support for Facebook ad integration.

Bryce,  thanks for the feedback. I like the layout of your page.  Hope it works for you.  If you need beta testers let me know.  I think my lit mu be a little lofty.  ReSimpli looks goo to me.   Maybe I just track the Facebook stuff through Facebook or manually.

I agree with the opinion of @Bryce DeCora that universal programs are clumsy.

@Robert Iannone, you are looking for a single program that performs 6 different tasks:

  1. CRM
  2. Lead tracking
  3. Gives phone numbers
  4. Facebook ad tracking
  5. RVM (Realtors Valuation Model)
  6. Text messaging

That's too much. Try searching for CRM at least "two in one". There are so many of them on the market:

  • Act! (#12 on the Top 50), CRM + lead generation
  • ActiveCampaign (#15 on the Top 50), lead generation + CRM
  • Nimble (#44 on the Top 50), CRM + FaceBook
  • EClincher (it's out of the Top 50), CRM + bunch of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Yelp,...)

All other needs can be solved by other separate programs.

Hope that's helpful! Shoot me a DM if you ever need anything!

@Mark Shaver

Hey Mark check out FlipPilot it is designed to both be simple for beginners but will allow elaborate as you need FUS with email text and calling. It saves everything you do in every contact including a recording of all phone calls.

As you get business going you have access to track KPIs and evaluating various campaigns. I think that it is worth a look. It seems to address your other article about picking the right CRM. One of my favorite features is that I can adjust the work flow to my style I can easily add processes easily set due dates and checklists.

All the time I am working active deals my Follow up sequences are workin in background on potential leads and not cluttering up my digital whiteboard/ pipeline and when a seller reaches out I can move it back into workflow. I feel like I am no longer allowing leads to fall through the cracks

FlipPilot is worth a look there is a free version that does not have all the integrations but still effective for absolute beginners and the pro version I love all the integrations and automation.

Best of luck in your business!!!!
