I’m new to real estate and learning about the industry as a whole. I’m in Tucson, AZ looking to get into mobile homes, wholesaling, and eventually rentals. I’m looking for resources to get in depth knowledge of certain processes like closing costs, understanding the analysis of a deal, and terminology etc. Are there any specific BP resources you all would suggest?
P.S. I’ve already read the beginners manual on BP as well.

One good tool is the standard RESPA closing cost detail form used by title companies to close transactions. The form identifies by line item the various kinds of closing costs. It will give you a good overview of what you can expect. A google search will get you an image. Good luck.
