Hey!  I'm new to the community and I recently listened to the podcast about buying foreclosed homes.  I'm trying to find resources on new and recent pre-foreclosures for my area, but the sites that I've subscribed to seem to have outdated information.  Is this the norm?  Is there a better place I should be looking?

I'm in the STL area; looking at St Louis and St Charles MO counties.

@Cyndi Blalock We (my mother and I) have been purchasing foreclosures on the court house steps and also approached owners in pre-foreclosure in St Louis City and County for almost 20 years :)

You can get the most accurate list from the legal local papers. The Countian (there are specific legal papers for the different counties, i.e. St Louis, St Charles, etc.) and the Daily Record for the City.

We buy the papers at World News in Clayton. You can also call the publishers or go to their site for other outlets. They also sell online subscriptions.
