Hello Everyone! Complete newbie here but have always had an eye for RE. We've lived in our home for 4 years now, within the last year our home went from an Appraised Value of 245K to 325K creating over 100K equity from which we are now able to draw a HELOC to start investing. We are hoping this is a good starting point for future investments...any suggestions on where we should start? Is 100K truly enough these days to pick up a deal that generates cash flow or even for a flip?
