Hello Everyone,

I am new here and so glad to be a part of the BP family, I would really like to connect with investors and cash buyers on here. Thanks.

The best way is to have good deals for them to buy, if you create a whole list of buyers and never send them anything you can look like you don't know what you're doing which is a bad look.

@Aaron K. Thanks for taking the time to reply.. Yes I understand, but the problem is I don't even have 1 buyer on my list at the moment and am almost close to getting a house under contract, that is my worry.

@Emmanuela Osawe what are the numbers on this house, and the approximate location, if they are good you will likely find cash buyers here.  If you vaguely want to add to a cash buyers list you won't get as far.

@Aaron K. I didn't know I could put the numbers up here, so once I get it under contract I will post the numbers and hopefully I get investors. Thanks so much.

@Emmanuela Osawe you can do approximates even before that, such as city of x estimated rent of x in the price range of x -y.  You may find that people determine it to be a much better or much worse deal for the area than you might have expected.  As long as you aren't selling but looking for feedback you should be ok with the forum gods I believe.

Self promotion, advertising and deal making are all against the rules. Please do NOT post the numbers, offer properties for sale, or advertise that you are looking for cash buyers and deals in the regular forums. The ONLY place this is allowed is in our Marketplace Forum.
