Real estate license

Sam Loranger
Posted

Hey guys! I’m just starting out on my real estate journey, I was wondering if it is a need, or how beneficiary having my real estate license would be? (I live in CT) I don’t plan on buying anything for at least a year or two so I can get familiar with the terminology, laws, etc.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all

If you're just looking for real estate jargon and terminology I would sooner listen to more BP podcasts and other content surrounding the space. You would be able to catch it up quickly. The real estate license would allow you to transact and have access to MLS but if you're not planning on using it for a year and beyond, it would not be a good use of your time or money at the moment.
