HELOC for investment property

Does anyone know of where I can get a HELOC linked to an investment property - a rental property we make some income from - most financing for HELOC will not touch investment properties.

I am in the same boat as you. I have heard that there are small local banks that will do them, just have to figure out which ones in your area will do them.

Google search "investment property heloc my perfect mortgage". I spent about 3 weeks putting together a list of investment property HELOC lenders in every state. Just can't link it here directly.
