Hi All - I've read in other posts that it's always best to consult with an attorney to draft a real estate partnership agreement rather than download a template online. Instead of relying on Yelp or Google reviews I thought I'd check here first. 

Can anyone recommend an attorney in the Los Angeles or Orange County area that's experienced drafting these types of agreements?

This will be my first real estate investment so really trying to do this right from the beginning.
