Hello all,
I'm currently in the process of looking for a multifamily property along with the rest of Houston. I've been looking through the website at the real estate agents available, but I figured the best one would come from a recommendation. Does anyone know of a great realtor thats specializes house hacking or multifamily property in the Houston area? I will continue to look through the forums in the mean time. Thanks for any help/information in advance.
Kind regards

Honestly your best bet is just HAR. Not many agents will know of properties that are not on the MLS. Almost every agent you talk to will ask "what's your budget. What zipcode? Minimum/max size?", etc. Then they'll plug that into a HAR search and send you what's spit out. And send you new deals that fit that requirement. Basically nothing you can't do by going to har.com yourself.
Good luck.

@Cody L. Thank you for your advice! I definitely plan to keep looking on HAR as I see that is the most popular website. Since I’m not from the area I’m not aware of the same things as a real estate agent may know. Hopefully something comes up soon. Thank you again for replying to the post.
