If your on a LLC with some over the age of 18 can you wholesale and sign contracts?

OK, once again, usually as a minor you can enter into a contract.  However, you have the option of voiding it at any time usually.

Why would I enter into a contract with you if you can just walk at anytime?

Oh so your saying I can sign contracts but I could walk any time and that’s why people don’t do them with minors?
