Financing Without Paying Points in the Current Market
Anyone have advice on what the best way to finance without paying points? I have run into this recently where lenders require 1 or 2 points in addition to the 25% down payment. I am not looking soliciting lender info, just wanting to see if other options out there exist. Thank you!
