Caught up on the Rookie Podcast!
I started my real estate education on Bigger Pockets in June. It's August and I am fully caught up on the rookie podcast. I feel like it taught me so much about the basics of REI! My fiancée and I are interested in buy and holds and short term rentals.
I will continue to listen to the new uploads, but I had a question about the main Bigger Pockets podcast. I started listening to the first episode and I plan on fully catching up on this too. While listening I heard that one ad was relevant (one of them mentioned the year 2021). Are the ads updated regularly?
