In a small town full of dilapidated homes, my family is trying to buy property and improve the town, one house at a time. We plan to remodel the homes and rent them as demand for rentals is on the rise. One of the properties we are looking into is currently owned by Wilmington Trust National and being serviced by Ocwen Loan Servicing. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions about how we can go about reaching the proper individual to entertain a CA$H offer for the property AS IS but PRIOR to it going on the market?? Looking for experienced guidance.
