inspection went further south than expected
need some friendly advice. So I made an offer reo double wide 3 acres didn't look that bad asking price 45000 agreed to 42000. It's in a different state so a little more difficult for me. Sent out a great Inspector and the property has about 10 more work needed than I was hoping for looking for ways to approach the bank about lower price and some repairs they should do. I don't think they understand the condition of what the property is actually in. Thanks for any insight.
