Non Judicial Foreclosure Trustee Auctions In Oregon
I am currently on the hunt for my second investment property to flip in the Portland/Salem Oregon area. I am hopeful to purchase my next project at a non judicial auction where there is no 6 month right of redemption. I have been to the courthouse check the notices of default and doing my homework but I am struggling to understand the whole "auction" process in Oregon.
