Making an offer on a REO
Hi guys,
I have a question. Today i was watching a REO in a super discount price. I have a partner (which is the money guy not a investor) and hes hesitating with this deal. If hes not going for it i will go with a hard money lender. My agent asked me for a proof of funds aling with the offer, I dont have any hard money lenders yet. Does the hard money lenders will give me a proof of funds right away if he thinks this is a good deal?
Anybody with experience here?
