Historic Conley Hills/ East Point
Does anybody have any expertise in flipping a property in East Point area? When I run comps it does not make any sense to me. There is a house beside the house I am looking at that got 185k at 1200 SF. The house two streets over is active for 145 at 1500 SF. The house that got 185 was a bungalow but the rehabs where similar. I was wondering does anybody have any experience about what is driving prices in that area.
