Looking for ideas to get ahead of REOs
My partner and I are newbies but we have done quite a bit of research. We own a duplex that cashflows well. We want to do a few flips to scale up our Ops. We everything set up ie.. contractors, agents, financing, but we are having trouble finding REOs. Any suggestions on getting ahead on REOs before they come to market. Auctions are not an option for us. Thanks in advance
