Need help making an offer on my FIRST REO property!
Hi I'm looking to purchase an REO property in the montgomery county, PA area!!! I was able to get in touch with the realtor that's going to be listing it with the bank by the end of the week. It was a recently foreclosed property by the bank of new york mellon. I'm planning to finance with an fha loan. What would be the best kind offer that the bank will take? Please help and feel free to add anything you think I might need to do! thanks in advance!!!
