Fannie Mae contract
I have a signed contract with Fannie Mae and the closing date has been changed multiple times since 1/17/2020. They claim they have repairs to make. Aren’t Fannie Mae Homes as is? I’m not willing to back out of the contract because I want the property. Can Fannie Mae cancel or back out of the contract, and refuse to sell me the property?
