Can anyone tell me if this lot is buildable?
Hi fellow investors!
I'm looking at this vacant property to hopefully buy at tax auction tomorrow! I'm a little suspicious of it because it was owned by a builder partner in the subdivision and it's going to auction for as little as $300 taxes. It is the last vacant lot in the subdivision. From the pictures, can you see any obvious things that would make it not buildable? The power lines do run over overhead one side of the property, and there is a storm drain basically smack-dab in the middle of the sidewalk in front of the property, but as long as those things don't bar it from being built upon then to me it sounds like a great deal in a new desirable neighborhood. It is .18 acres, the local comps put it around $50,000 value. What is your take on it? I appreciate the help and insight!
