questions about bidding on auction.com
Hi all
I am new for the investing business. I saw a property on auction.com that i am interested. my question is before i bid, should i do the title search about the house to see if there are other liens against the property ? if yes, i should hire a title company to do that right? and usually how much for that? Can i do that myself from other resources ? it will cost decent amount of money if i have to hire title company to do the title research for each house i am interested in budding.
