PA Repository Sale Advice

Good Afternoon,

I am looking for some advice on what I should do in a property I found on the local repository sale.

Is a title search recommended?

Do you recommend paying an attorney to verify notifications or is that a DIY?

Are there any recourse actions from an owner on a piece of land in the repository sale?

Any or thoughts/advice much appreciated for novice.

Property is LAND ONLY.
