203K Loan

Hello all,

My wife and I will hopefully be buying our first house within the next year and are seriously considering using the 203K loan. Our goal is to purchase an REO to rehab, live in it for a couple years making small additional improvements, and sell it for a profit. Does anyone have any experience with these loans they are willing to share? Thanks in advance!
