HUD Attachment on Property - Newby Question
So I'm looking at a deal in my area and the agent hands me an exhibit with a bunch of HUD items on it.
"Property sold as is"
"Seller must complete an appraisal"
"Utilities necessary for inspection must be paid by the buyer"
And
"Seller and buyer will not mediate"
Can someone kind of explain what all this means?
