Purchasing HUD home as OO
Greetings all,
I am bidding on a HUD property as an Owner occupant. I am also monitoring another HUD property that I’m considering as an investment property, i need to wait a few more days before it opens up for the investors.
My question is. Am I legally able to pull this off? Buy two properties in my name at the same time?
Also, once you satisfy the 1 year requirement as OO. Can I buy another HUD property as OO immediately after that, or is there a cool of period?
