VA Vendee Financing is back on select properties...

Just heard that VA Vendee financing is back on select properties....Not score driven, investors as little as 5% down, VA will pay 2% closing costs with accepted offer and you can finance 2% of costs into loan....Investor loans not limited.

I'll post more when I know more or if anyone else has info feel free to share!
