Best way to find an Agent for this
I am a carpenter by trade, have owned a cleaning company and am no also a wholesaler. I am going to start a foreclosures clean up company to add to the list of services I can provide. I think it can be a very very good way to access the property for my potential buyers, and at the same time make some money doing the clean up and repair work. I would like to know from a realtor or banker or anyone that deals with foreclosures what would be the best way to market, and who do I need to speak with with the banks or real estate companies to get me going on contracts etc?
