Hello! I am currently struggling with bpo/cma. I find it extremely difficult to master this skill, and I am well aware that this is a priority and critical if you want to be successful in real estate. I'd truly appreciate any recommendations from brokers/ agents with experiences on how to master this? The right approach to get an accurate market analysis. Please, help. Thank you.
Do you have MLS access? If not, I see no way you can do an accurate property valuation without great difficulty. Can you team up with an agent that can help you?
