Looking for a multi family in Columbia, SC
I am interested in purchasing multi family in Greenville / Columbia area. It would be my first time basically looking for a team. Would love to meet with a group and gain knowledge from you. Thanks in advance!!!
Columbia is much cheaper than Greenville. I will also mention, I focus on MF in Columbia and can tell you it's hard to find deals. So all I can say is, if you are serious be prepared! IE: Have your prequal/proof of funds ready and be ready to put an offer in ASAP. Any MF property will likely not last long at all and will usually have multiple offers. Hope that helps!
