New licensed real estate agent here: I am working with a client who is developing a luxury home and would like to sell it mid-build. The project should be completed by end-of-year but they no longer want to complete it (time/energy). They are willing to see it to completion, as everything has been purchased, but would prefer if someone could take it over. Any tips on how to best market a luxury home that is still under construction?
