Relators in Mississippi
Do anyone know of any Relators in Mississippi that works well with new investors?
I work with Katrina Hawkins who owns Dove Realty. I started with her during the Recession because she was the only one willing to deal with cheap foreclosure properties. She lives in SoJo and knows the area well. Her number is 601-238-3287. Also, her husband can do a lot of the repairs and rehab work.

Hey Hudson, I'm not sure how I missed your response!!! I apologize for the delayed reply. I am a new investor with limited funds so I have to be creative. I would love to find a property that is tenant occupied. What are your thoughts?
Hey Danyale! I agree that is a good strategy especially since a lot of the rental demand is seasonal with the school calendar. Will be good to find one with a renter already in it! I'd appreciate if you would JIm. I know Jackson has some good and bad areas like most capitol cities. Any feed back you could give would be nice.
The best areas of Jackson are the Fondren District, Bellhaven and the 39211 zip code, but those are also the more expensive houses. I tend to invest in the 39212 area, mostly because that's where I lived and could get more bang for my buck there. Avoid 39209 as it is a war zone. Watch out foundation problems. Everything is built on Yazoo clay.
