Why do many real estate agents struggle to scale?
I’ve noticed a lot of real estate agents do well as solo producers but seem to struggle when it comes to scaling their business. Whether it’s building a team, adding property management, hiring support staff, creating systems, or generating consistent lead flow, many agents seem to hit a ceiling.
For those who have successfully scaled, what do you think are the biggest reasons agents struggle to grow beyond themselves? Is it lack of systems, fear of delegation, inconsistent lead generation, commission structure, mindset, or something else? And, how did you scale your real estate business?
I’d love to hear both agent/broker and investor perspectives.

Qualify Present then close.. most agents lack sales skills and cant close the deal and do not know how the order of the deal goes.. Not everyone is cut out to be a great agent salesmen.
U can have markets were listings is all you need and your just and order taker.. But to really get to the top you must be able to ask for the order and close the deal up bottom line.. Many just cant spit out the words to ask for the order..
