One idea. Focus on one market, there are plenty of deals in any one of these markets to keep you busy forever. Pick one. When agents see you shotgun like this, they likely just don't take you serious unless you post the last 3-4 deals you closed in your name with specific addresses. Post specifically what you want and if you have money. If you have cash, tell us that. That's not hard money, I mean in the bank cash cash. Tell us your maximum purchase price and buy box. Are you buy and hold, flipper, wholesaler, Sub2, or what is your strategy. Tell us about your experience.
All of these will help you connect with more agents and potentially close more deals.
