i am looking for real estate agent with experience in working with investors . I have been talking to other agents about pulling a one time data out of the MLS and even with a step by step explanation they cant figure it out or dont want to take time to do so. I also would like to talk about teaming up to market to homes i would like to aquire off market when i am unable communicate with the owner .
