Following Up With Leads?

Hey BP,

I was wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions on how to keep track of leads, whether you've talked to them, when you should follow up, etc. Right now we're using the Fusion MLS system, as well as some mixture of Google but I feel like I'm just missing out on when I should be following up way too often. Preferably something free like an excel sheet or something. I'm a new agent on a budget as I'm spending enough on services, fees, and subscriptions, but I feel this is hurting my ability to generate income so I need help. Thanks in advance!
