New agent seeking advice about finding the right brokerage.

Hello everyone,

I have just received my license in February. I interviewed with 5 brokerages and spoke with many agents before selecting a brokerage. The main reason why I chose the brokerage that I started with was the training program, coaching and how the agents raved about the company.

Well, here I am almost 3 months later without a deal and still trying to find someone to help and train me. The brokerage that I selected made tons of promises that ended up not being true. The coach moved to another state, the train program is "getting revamped", and the broker acts so busy when you try to ask him a question.

My main question is what would you do in my situation? I feel that I am in a no win situation with this company. Is there a way to turn it around? Should I cut my losses and seek a team or a mentor? Anyone know of someone in Reno, Nevada or anyone that I can speak that can give advise me on how to move forward?
