Marketing budget and conversion rates

Good day/eve agents and brokers,

So I am doing some research on RE agent marketing,  specifically listing agents and what you spend monthly on marketing one of your listings. I am also curious as to what your conversion rates are- how many calls it takes you to get a listing appointment, how many appointments it takes for you convert into an actual listing, customer cost, etc., and whatever important info you would like to share.
