looking to invest in Bolingbrook/Romeoville, IL area
I am currently out of state but have a team in place in the Bolingbrook/Romeoville area and am hoping to connect with some wholesalers with properties in need of rehab. It is difficult for me to locate deals remotely and I believe working with a wholesaler is the ideal situation for us at this time. I would also like recommendations for REIA meetings in the area so my partners can begin networking with other investors. Thank you in advance for any BP members that can offer some help as we are getting started in this area.
