Should I get a real estate license?
Hi,
So, I'm looking for some assistance on how I should proceed, or if I should proceed, with professional licensing. I'm a current law student and will be getting a law license. My goal is to buy and hold single family rental homes. Should I pick up a real estate license on top of that? Or, is this just a waste of time because I can always submit my own offers? What are the benefits of a real estate license that aren't covered by a law license?
