Realtor fees? Is this true?
"Admin fees vary from brokerage to brokerage. Each is independantly owned and operated. I pay $306 monthly to belong to my brokerage and I work out of my house.
I've heard of some people paying up to $1500 per month!
Don't forget, this fee gets paid monthly whether or not you have money coming in.
You'll also pay a "monthly" board fee of about $100."
Is it true that you have to pay brokerages monthly fees like these plus the the commission earned upon sale of the properties?
