NJ Finding, Buying and Selling Properties
I'm new to this site and investing aside from personal real estate transactions. I have my real estate license in NJ but it is currently in referral. I'm trying to decide where to hang my license and gain access to the MLS again. Any advice on hanging my license with a traditional company vs. a flat fee company to maximize return on real estate investments? Thank you!
