Where do real estate investors typically hang out?
I’m interested in continuously networking and growing my network. I find it vital to success to surround yourself with like-minded individuals with a common goal, therefore I would love to get some insight regarding where investors meet, conferences, etc..
REIAs and Meetups! I was just at a great conference in Boston a few weeks ago, Ultimate Partnering. What kind of investor are you looking to meet?

Awesome! Thank you for your response. I’m interested in meeting commercial lenders and developers to not only acquire more knowledge (working for free to learn) and in hopes of attaining a mentor!
@Shawn Lawson you can search Google for local real estate investor groups or clubs. You can also search Facebook or meetup.com. if you don't see any there, try contacting some larger brokers or lenders to see if they know any active investors they might put you in touch with. If there's no investors group in the local area you may need to work with others to start your own.
