[TX] How do I narrow MLS Results to find properties sold cash?

How do I narrow my MLS results to find only comps for a property that were closed using cash? The only additional fields I can add that come close to a field I need is "Proposed Financing" and they don't show up right. Any TX realtors know the solution?
